Reschedules
You may reschedule your Advocacy Discovery Session at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment using the self-service link in your confirmation email.
Reschedule requests within 24 hours of the appointment require LaToya's review and approval and may not always be accommodated.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time using the self-service link in your confirmation email. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Credit toward a future consultation
If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and request it in writing (by replying to your confirmation email), the consultation fee may be applied as credit toward one future Advocacy Discovery Session booked within 90 days, at our discretion.
No-shows
If you do not join your scheduled consultation and have not contacted us in advance, the fee is forfeited.
Cancellations by us
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to illness or emergency, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
