What we do not provide
- Medical, legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice
- Diagnoses, treatment, or clinical recommendations
- Legal representation or advocacy before agencies, courts, or insurers
- Guarantees of benefit, claim, appeal, coverage, reimbursement, or decision outcomes
- Storage of medical records, Social Security numbers, Medicare/insurance ID numbers, or financial account information through public forms
Consultation scope
The $95 Advocacy Discovery Session is a 60-minute conversation. It does not include extensive document review, form completion, outside calls, representation, or ongoing case work. Those services are available as separate engagements after the consultation.
